My granddaughter chose to buy a Easter gift from this store but as soon as as she got home we opened a bag and realized that no tag attached no receipt and necklace was broken… she came back in a couple of days just to return or even exchange the necklace with proof of purchase from my credit card but the sales person was so… rude and unprofessional!!! I left my wallet forgotten at the Lovisa store in Rockaway Mall, the next day I called and they told me they didn't have my wallet, I called again and they told me they had taken it to the store next door (Victoria's Secret) I asked them why???? ?? and they didn't answer me, very happy I went to pick up my wallet and oh surprise I had 650 dollars in cash and someone took it, now no one at the Lovisa store answers me about my money and they don't answer me either because my wallet was in Victoria's Secret if I didn't leave it... read more
