My daughter was profiled while shopping here, and it was one of the most upsetting experiences I've had shopping. As my daughter and her friend walked into the store on a busy Saturday, I immediately noticed an older woman working the entrance. She had a pixie haircut, large eyes, and was greeting customers. The person who pierced and help pick out my earrings was named Gina, she was super friendly and gave us great service all while giving us all the necessary information; highly recommended
Gina was absolutely incredible! My five year old daughter got her ears pierced for the first time, and she was so incredibly patient and kind to her. Thank you for making her feel safe and brave!
