Quiana at garden state plaza at Louisa was so sweet! Had decided to get an impulse piercing and she walked me through the whole process and was very helpful. Love! Will go again to get the other side pierced after this side heals
Wonderful service, Qiana was super helpful and steered me in the correct direction when figuring out the correct piercing for me. I would 100% recommend and will be returning for more as well as the variety of the store!!

Went to Garden State Plaza to get my ears done and the staff at Lovisa was great, especially Javier! He helped me pick out my jewelry for the piercing and was very precise! Would highly recommend coming here again and having Javier do your piercing flawlessly Bernice helped me pick out cute flatbacks 🥰 and this lovely young lady named Edith was so kind to me at the register when purchasing all my items 🫶 Whoever is the store manager here has an amazing staff and has trained them very well
