My sister and I went yesterday to get a piercing. We were greeted and helped by Angie Garza. She’s AMAZING!!! Very courteous and patient with both of us! She took her time to explain to us and answer all our questions. Loved our new piercings!! Highly recommend this place, very welcoming and great customer service!

Definitely recommend! Got my nose pierced with Laura. The process with quick and easy. She explained every step before doing the piercing! I will definitely be bringing my girls to get their ears pierced.

I was recommended to go to Lovisa with Laura to get my second piercing. My ear anatomy was a bit off since I got my 1st piercing very young and then my ears grew. Also my ears are not the same size. Laura and Lynette were extremely patient. They showed great knowledge and experience!! Best of all it didn't hurt!! They explained post instructions and how to avoid issues! I'm ready to go back for my third piercing!!

Came here to have my 2nd ear piercing and was a little nervous…but Laura & Lynnette, were amazing! They were so patient to measure and mark the exact place, making sure I liked it. You can tell they have experience with all the recommendations and advice they give you on how to take care of your piercing after. The store has lots of beautiful jewelry for all your needs!
