We were buying earrings and tried them on, then the girl working there came screaming “no trying on, it’s our policy”. Excuse me? Can’t you say that politely? Also there is no sign to show that we can’t try them on, so how we’d know? I went to the same store in France and they let us try on earrings. Then came the other girl and was talking to us in a very disrespectful way. Never seen such disrespectful shop assistants!
Review 6/4/26 I got a helix piercing at the Lovisa in the Staten Mall. Darlene was my piercer and she was very sweet, and helpful. She pierced me quickly and safely. The staff was very helpful and friendly, customer service was amazing! I walked out with three earrings. Jewelry was at a reasonable price too, this place is a must visit:)
