I love this place, always come here when I’m in Staten Island mall.Madi, one of the workers did my earlobe piercing today and she did AMAZING. She was super careful and made sure every single piercing device was clean and sanitized. Thank you to the lovely staff who made sure I got everything I was looking for!!!
Chanel pierced my ear and it was the most amazing experience i could’ve imagined! I’ve been frightened of getting my ears pierced for so long but Chanel made me so comfortable and was so patient with how many times i changed the placement . Highly suggest this Lovisa location if you’re considering getting a piercing or even buying beautiful jewelry. Thank you again!
I absolutely love this jewelry shop!! The store itself was clean, beautifully organized, and had such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone there was friendly and professional, but I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Chanel, who did my ear piercing. She was incredibly patient and gentle, walked me through every step, and made sure I felt completely comfortable. She also helped me on different occasions and offered her opinion when I asked about a few jewelry pieces. Lovisa is the spot to visit!!❤️

All the workers were so nice and the store was a pleasant experience. Kate pointed me and my friend exactly where I needed to go. Chanel pierced my ears, and was so kind and funny. I accidentally left behind my piercing-aftercare things and quickly received a call from Chanel on my phone telling me to not to leave without it. An amazing experience and an amazing store!
