I attempted to return an unopened pack of hair clips that i purchased the day before but no longer needed, but was told that hair accessories are final sale due to hygiene purposes. I would have accepted that if the return policy was printed on my receipt, but i only had the option to have the receipt emailed to me and it didn’t have the policy printed on it.
