The employees are incredibly rude, and the customer service is terrible. Quit if you hate your job. They also only accept cash with “exact change,” and then charge a fee to your card if you dont use cash. Honestly dont even bother.

I won’t shop from this brand ever. Bought a couple of things earlier and I wanted to return one item. The attendant Elizabeth was rude and did not accept return because the necklace was tangled. Like seriously? It’s a jwellery store, chains can get tangled. Anyways, untangled the necklace and she still didn’t process the return because apparently I objected to the untangled necklace requirement. Do your job what you’re paid for.
They do not provide a physical receipt. Only via email. And I never received the receipt via email. I asked them. They said it takes a while. Why not provide an option for physical receipt ?Rude staff
