I won’t shop from this brand ever. Bought a couple of things earlier and I wanted to return one item. The attendant Elizabeth was rude and did not accept return because the necklace was tangled. Like seriously? It’s a jwellery store, chains can get tangled. Anyways, untangled the necklace and she still didn’t process the return because apparently I objected to the untangled necklace requirement. Do your job what you’re paid for.
They do not provide a physical receipt. Only via email. And I never received the receipt via email. I asked them. They said it takes a while. Why not provide an option for physical receipt ?Rude staff
Pathetic pathetic pathetic , disgusting service. Please! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE TIME AT THIS STORE. I bought 5 things for $12 and they gave me everything in a small bag. I loved that, but when I went for the second time, I decided to buy 5 things again for $12 but then they asked $1 extra for the bag as NOW , somehow, they thought it’s unfair for other customers if I can have another bag.
