Sold me a pair of earrings that were so faulty they literally couldn't be pushed shut, but refused to take them back because I didn't have the card they came attached to. Bear in mind I had the receipt, had bought them a day ago so identical earrings were still on the shelf, and had already put them in my ears so there's no way they could have resold them. Absolutely shocking theft of my money.
If I could give zero stars I would, I purchased a 18 k gold mother and daughter necklace from here for myself and my daughter for mothers day, the necklace chain broke the very next day i alsi purchased a 3 piece ring set, despite them when I wash my hands or shower all of them tarnished ,lost their shine and turning my finger green both $30.00 plus tax, also purchased a few pair of earrings that the posts were so flimsy that the post bent when I tried to take the back of the earring off.
