Love love love this location, I’ve been to pretty much all the lovisa in San Fernando valley -hands down the people at this location are so helpful:)
I usually enjoy coming here, but my experience today was disappointing. The employee who helped us seemed uninterested and made it feel like we were inconveniencing her. We came in for a simple exchange, but she made the process unnecessarily long and didn’t seem willing to help. When it came time to complete the exchange, we were charged additional taxes, which has never happened to us before for an even exchange. The girlies and inventory are amazing!
I was looking to get 2 piercings today and this lovely girl assisted with that. I loved how helpful she was and right to it. Pleasant experience if you want to get a quick cute piercing.
