I usually enjoy coming here, but my experience today was disappointing. The employee who helped us seemed uninterested and made it feel like we were inconveniencing her. We came in for a simple exchange, but she made the process unnecessarily long and didn’t seem willing to help. When it came time to complete the exchange, we were charged additional taxes, which has never happened to us before for an even exchange.
