I spent over $200 in earrings for them to all tarnish and turn my ears green and black. The staff was all super sweet and friendly so no complaints there. The quality is horrible. Save your money and order earrings on Amazon instead those don’t even tarnish and they are a quarter of the price.

The woman who called herself as the store manager has a very violent disrespectful attitude and extremely rude. Instead of helping clients, she was making fun, disrespecting, arguing and rolling eyes. Such an unfortunate for the Sherman oaks to make the shopping center so unsafe and unpleasant by hiring such unprofessional and aggressive people. She was basically trying to even physically get involved with me with absolute no reason and no need other than anger issue, and her poor mental state.

Extremely disappointing customer service experience at Lovisa. One employee was assisting us with an adult piercing while our children were with us. They were simply being normal kids, and we were with them the entire time. The employee’s attitude and manner were unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. And after we left, we could see the staff discussing us. This was extremely unprofessional and left us with a very negative impression of Lovisa.

⭐ Very disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely horrible. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and made the whole experience frustrating. I expected much better service and respect as a customer. I definitely would not recommend this store based on my experience.
