My first time shopping at the Jacksonville location, however not my first time visiting one of your stores. I got an email today about an end of season deal and decided to go in person, where I was met by the loveliest representative who was patient, kind, had great recommendations and even opened me up to some new styles! You have a gem in Allison, I’ve never been treated so kindly in a store, ever. 10/10 will definitely be back.
Both of my teenagers received piercings today, impulsively we walked in and Rosemary was so awesome and knowledgeable. They are already talking about coming back and getting a second piercing. Great experience overall.
I had such a great experience at Lovisa getting my third lobe piercing! Allison was so sweet, friendly, and easy to talk to. She made me feel really comfortable the entire time and was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.
