Wouldn’t let me return items that I didn’t use at all. Do not shop at this mall—I feel like I got scammed. Everything was still intact, and it was obvious nothing had been opened. I returned less than 24 hours after purchasing. The sales lady said she might be able to return one item because the protective covering was still attached, but she didn’t even mention that to the manager on the phone. It’s overpriced for a pair of earrings and a hair clip—items I never opened and probably won’t ever wear.

I love the jewelry here but twice I’ve had things break not long after wearing them (one was almost immediately after I bought it). I wanna love them but it’s hard when they keep disappointing me :(

I literally had the best experience EVERRRRRR shout to Daemanee she is THE BEST piercer ever she so attentive and patient you can tell she really enjoys what she does and she’s so calm and she makes sure you’re comfortable before doing anything she also takes her time when doing your piercing. me my daughter and niece came to get pierced and she made sure to involve all of us during each piercing and she makes sure you love where the dots are before she does the piercing she also asks the best questions to make sure she puts... read more
