Went to this location to get my daughter’s second piercing from the begging the Asian guy there was tidally not interested in helping us. He was so unprofessional no wonder the line at Claire’s for ear piercing was so long. He probably ran everyone away. Like he did with us. Very disappointed in his service. If you can call it that. Will never shop there again.

Went with a sibling to get pierced and there was 2 workers a black female and a Latina female and the "manager" (black female) was so rude!!! She had an ugly face the whole time and said she can make whatever face she wanted to and forced us out the store. We ended up going to Clairs paid more but was wayyyy more worth it with the service we received!! Do not go here if you don't have to. She needs to be fired!
