Randomly went in and got my nose pierced, TY was amazing! She had excellent customer service and was so accommodating. I will definitely recommend this location and shop here again.

My preferred Lovisa store is renowned for its exceptional customer service. Ty and Mark consistently provide helpful assistance and form an outstanding team. Recently, I had my second hole pierced, and the process was swift and efficient, leaving me feeling very calm. I highly recommend shopping at her store for all your accessory needs. The quality is excellent, and Ty has excellent taste.
11/1/25 12:55pm This was my 2nd time shopping there. The jewelry is nice, but I didn’t care for the sales associate’s daughters. She very rudely told my daughter to stop touching the rings when she was just looking at them. She then came over & stood right by us while moving and rearranging the rings. It was very off putting. I don’t know if she thought we might be stealing or if she was annoyed that at the thought of her rearranging or messing them up.
