The store is doing better with the new management very nice and caring people, they did excellent work piercing my little girls ears giving us instructions on how to keep care for it

Thomas is really kind and picked out my earrings for me! The machine jammed for the backing but he was really professional about it and asked for help instead of potentially making it worse — that’s a great quality. Thank you!

Horrible experience. I have visited this store on multiple occasions within this year and none of the workers ever seem to care or put effort in to work, except a young lady Kaylin who I’m assuming doesn’t work there anymore because it’s been a long time since she’s been there. Her presence was needed in such a disorganized and rude place.

Junk jewelry. Got a ring, they wrapped in tissue paper, then when I got home one of the stones had fallen out. My daughter went to return it for me, and they refused stating she had to have the original payment card even though she presented them with the receipt.
