Horrible experience. I purchased two sets of the same pair of earrings and went to return them, as the diamond fell out before I could even wear them. To make things worse I asked the lady working there if I could replace them and she got confrontational and then literally shouted at me when I told her I was able to replace them previously. So unprofessional and poor quality all round!

I did not buy anything. I was looking around when I was startled by the ladies yelling "free ear piercing" to the top of their lungs. Memorial City Mall is one of the nicest malls in Houston and "Lovisa" sales people sure makes it look and feel like a flea market with their advertising ways.
