My daughter impulsively decided while walking past the store to get her second hole pierced. Initially, the lady piercing her ears, had the marking way too close to her first piercing to where one earring might get in the way of the other if she had both in at the same time and after several trials of getting the spacing correct, she completed the piercing.. Amazing customer service the manager Joshua was answering all my questions for gifts.
Horrible experience. I purchased two sets of the same pair of earrings and went to return them, as the diamond fell out before I could even wear them. To make things worse I asked the lady working there if I could replace them and she got confrontational and then literally shouted at me when I told her I was able to replace them previously. So unprofessional and poor quality all round!
