My piercing experience at lovisa for the first time was great! Ace was amazing! She is super nice, friendly, made me feel super comfortable when I was sitting on the chair getting my ears pierced. The jewelry option and price is also not bad! Definitely recommend anyone who would like to get your ears pierced I highly recommend going here :) Personal opinion.. better than Claire's.

FIRST OFF THE GIRLS WITH THE GLASSES ALL OF THEM WERE SO NICE AND SWEET TO US. SO YOU PEOPLE MUST HAVE THE PROBLEMS. MY SISTER IN LAW AND I WENT THERE TO GET OUR NOSES PIERCING AND THE YOUNG MAN WHO DID WAS SO SWEET AND HELPFUL. THANK YOU ALL FOE YOUR NICE SERVICE AND HELPFUL.

We went to Lovisa at HIP Mall to get my 5-month-old baby girl’s ears pierced, and Emmanuel took amazing care of us! He was so kind and patient, taking the time to explain the whole process and making sure I felt calm and safe throughout. He also made sure my daughter was comfortable and calm the entire time. The place was very clean, professional, and the prices were affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Emmanuel!

Worst experience, this store has deceiving price signs, at the moment of payment they charge you full prices even though it says they were 60% off, when I tried to return the items 10 min later the girl who was working there said that anyone could understand that the signs doesn’t mean that the earrings are 60% off basically call me and my mom dumb. Very bad experience and very disrespectful staff. Thanks to the other girl who helped us with the return she was respectful and helpful at least.
