My son and I got our ears pierced here. Staff is great, especially Delacey! She's done 2 piercing on me, and I'm ready to get a 3rd from her!

Kaitlyn is the very best! She is the store manager and was very patient, kind, informative, and just amazing as she walked us through getting our ears pierced! I would come back to have her pierce my ears everytime! She made the process super easy. Love this store and their employees!

I have previously had bad experiences with this store, I came in to give it my last try and was greeted right away with a smile, I complained to the lady just to find out she is nkw the new store manager, I think her name was Kayla if I remember correctly. She was so informative, and kind. She helped me find what I needed. I then came back a few days later with both of my daughters to pierce their ears and she was there again and was so great with them and made them feel completely comfortable, she had fun with them while pi... read more
