Lorrie was great. Walked in for a piercing and she explained everything with a smile. She helped me find a pretty pair of earrings. Signed everything I needed to. Then she pierced my ears with no pain at all and within a half an hour. Great service. Thank you!

Coming from a concered parent my daughter's felt harassed by the old lady employee. she kept pestering my daughters to get a piercing and they are not even 18. Even after i said no mulitiple times. She followed them around the store and kept bringing over jewlery when my daughter stated "she was just looking" what was supposed to end on a good day for is for the end of mass vacation week, she kinda ruined it, we will not be back.
