Obviously, the quality of the jewelry is the same (terrible) at every location. If it were dirt cheap, it would be acceptable, but it's getting pricier when it's rare to buy a functional item here. Everything I get is inherently flawed or breaks quickly. Clearly the people designing the jewelry don't test or know about functionality. Multiple times, a belly button ring or finger ring have caused bleeding because of pokey metal. Other things just break a few days into wear. So I went here about 2 years ago with my aunt and best friend to get my ears pierced for the 8th time since every time before it was at Claire’s and always got infected and closed up and was such a painful experience that on multiple occasions I ended up at the er and was so disappointed every time but omg I am so grateful to lovisa for being so nice and supportive and understanding of my situation and how I have an allergy to nickel and their sterling silver was a great option for me and here I am 2 years later with a perfe... read more

Karina was covering the Glendale location and she helped me with my 4 piercings. Originally Sherman Oaks is where she works I’m really pleased with her placement. She sanitized everything and was so patient and sweet.
