No issues With my piercing and it’s Been Over a year….the Person who assisted me is now the manager of This location. She’s very informative love her personality very nice. Great deals… I personally buy Great jewelry from there Because I Can only wear a hypoallergenic Jewelry.
Jewelry quality is abysmal, you're better off ordering jewelry from amazon! My boyfriend took me here for my birthday in June and the most of the stuff has either tarnished or broken off. My belly ring charm broke off within the first 3 weeks of daily wear and now the cartilage earrings I've had in for a couple months are turning blue. Don't buy jewelry that you're going to keep in for months at a time because it'll tarnish! as a person who’s almost covered in piercings I’ve never had an issue with ear piercings in specific until I went to lovisa. I just want to start out by saying this- handheld ear piercing guns are bad for ear piercings because they cause tissue trauma, are not properly sterilizable, and have a higher risk of infection, unlike sterile, single-use needles. now with that said my ears have rejected the piercing due to their inability to pierce properly. it got so bad that I had to go to the ER to remove the earring backing that ... read more
The lady at the store is so rude, I am not sure if they have it written somewhere in the store as we can’t try earrings on, but I felt that she could be polite while addressing it as I did not even try it on, just looking it up if it suits me or not
