The young woman who completed my transaction in the Stonebriar location in Frisco, Texas, this failed to tell me on the day of purchase , 3/20/25, that all earrings were not returnable, although I asked what was the return policy prior to purchase. Lovisa always has great variety in quality in their items, and sometimes the deals are unbelievably cheap! I remember getting a silver-plated ring for just $5, and I also got my third ear piercing there. The experience was smooth, and their jewelry is always cute and affordable.
