Terrible customer service..make sure if you purchase here they place everything you bought in the bag!!! We notice a $20 item missing from our bag after spending over $100 and was told we have to wait for them to review security footage before they can issue a refund or replace. DO BETTER!!! Go to the Allen location for better service!
if i could give them zero stars, I would. They scammed the hell out of me and my friend. Instead of just straight up telling us they didn’t have the supplies for a nose and helix, they did both piercings with a piercing gun instead of a needle and put lobe jewelry in as they didn’t have the proper jewelry either. Both attendants gave us different aftercare instructions. We had to go to a separate shop and get them redone, and spend more money. Very CHEAP quality, i went looking for quality earings and bought these for 20$ (1 pair) and the diamond fell out easily. I tried going in to return it and they denied me a refund for “hygienic” reasons. Please save your money and go to a more trusted source. Not to mention it also caused my peircing hole to bleed.
First time I came in wasn't allowed a physical receipt because these people scammed me. Possibly because I don't look like a normal person and was dressed comfortably because I'm autistic but I have a freaking job to do so I was looking for jewlery. Had such a great experience at Lovisa in Stonebriar! My friends and I got our second ear piercings done there and it went so smoothly. The two staff members on duty were both friendly, professional, and very reassuring throughout the process. Denise was the tech who did our piercings, and she was amazing! She explained everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable, and kept everything clean and organized.
