The girl tried to mess up my daughter’s piercing and upon questioning got rude and told us to get out. These kids get these jobs and have no respect for a customer she kept repeating stop talking to me while she was about to make my daughter’s nose pierce all wrong. We left the store heart broken and my daughter cried on her special day. She didn’t apologize for her rude behavior. Sad Sad Sad.

It’s 10:20 and I’ve been waiting for the store to open which it was supposed to open at 10. I have a return I need to do. Very inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Now I’ll have to make another trip to do the return because they aren’t open on time like all the other stores in the mall.

10/10 experience! Went in today to get my nose pierced and ended up almost fainting, but the worker handled it very well. Overall, piercing placement was very good, customer service was very professional and informative, I will 100% be going back :) (Definitely ask for Gianni!!)
