Horrible staff.
The employees there are horrible and are not helpful at all
We had bought several items but one of them was missing. We contacted the employee, but they denied us i am sure she did this on purpose because this has happened twice. Be careful because they take items out on purpose
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience at Lovisa Fair Oaks Mall. I purchased 22 items, but when I got home, I realized only 21 were in my bag. The missing item was a flat back piercing earring. When I went back to the store, instead of taking responsibility or even trying to investigate, I was told I had to bring back all 21 items to “compare” with the receipt — which makes no sense since these were gifts I had already given out.
