I've been here multiple times and while the customer service isn't great, I came here on Saturday at 2:30pm while the whole mall was busy and there was a sign on the door saying sorry closed for 30 minutes. If it's a case where all the employees took lunch at once or there www only 1 worker, that's unprofessional with poor service and very disappointing. I waited around and went to other stores hoping they'd open, but I'm sitting here at 3:07 writing this and they are still closed.

I after asking all over the mall about getting earrings for my one year old. I felt confortable getting it done at this place. And it didn’t disappoint. It was quick and super smooth. Not expensive at all. Thanks

Let me just say how I came into this store on several occasions just to be absolutely sure before I gave my review. Mainly on their poor customer service. First I wasn't greeted at all. The employees were either on their phones, gossiping with each other about irrelevant mess or both! No acknowledgment from when I was there on more than one occasion. What kind of employees are they hiring in their retail establishments? Definitely not it at all.
