10/10 experience. Janel did my helix and she was awesome…I didn’t feel a thing! She and the young lady and she’s training were super thorough and made me feel comfortable the entire. I will definitely be back to finish my ear stack.
Janel’s customer service skills are phenomenal. I got my ear lobes re- pierced by her after hating how someone else at my high school did them for me. Not only did she talk me through it and have a very warm personality, she was patient, gave a listening ear, took her time with me and ultimately showed great care. I will definitely get my ears pierced here and by her again. Not to mention the Jewelry is beautiful . 10/10 !!!
