I frequently shop here (every weekend) and I always have a great experience! Naomi is always greeting everyone and keeping the atmosphere light and welcoming. Not sure if she is the manager but she certainly presents herself as such. She is informative, helpful, bubbly and overall I kinda look forward to seeing her every weekend! There are SOOOO MANY options as far as fashion jewelry for this store!! I seen pieces for any and every type of event from prom to wedding even a date night it’s all neatly arranged. Glitter perfect and spotless clean! I absolutely love this store and will be back again and again!
Hi everyone so I bought a nose stud from this company because I heard they had dangle piercings and I was excited. So I got the piercing and everything had went fine until I started to notice the rusting....or fading..I was confused because according to the lady that sold it to me it was titanium...turns out the charm is not but the stud is so now I have a faded charm and I don't know what to really do...
Great & beautiful earings! Very bad customer services though, my 3 year old daughter sat on the chair and the lady upfront came up and said not to sit there because she can break it , my child isn’t more than 35 pounds and wasn’t doing anything wrong but sitting them , I really believe the store manager or the owner should have a word with the employee because at the end you are in a mall and you know kids are going to walk in the store and it’s not like my daughter was jumping or flipping the chair over I was very upset wit... read more
