Yeah so this black girl at the desk didn’t say anything and just pointed wordlessly when I asked where the body jewelry was and continued to talk to her coworker about whatever. Didn’t greet me or my sister and seemed annoyed that we were even there.

My daughter and I went in to have, myself and my granddaughter, ears pierced today. When the sales rep there's says to me, " "so............here's the thing, we are out of sterile wipes. So sorry. We can't do it today, we ran out yesterday." My question is, if this is the majority of your company is piercing and jewelry, how do you not keep supplied? Needless to say, we won't be back and will look for a more professional place to have our memmories

Now that I no longer work for this company I feel compelled to share with the public that this company does not have a Piercing license! They give the employees 1 to 2 days of practice on a cardboard! When you go into legitimate Piercing places they have their license displayed on the wall Not Lovisa! I have had customers come complaining about keloids, and infections. Yes the piercing gun is cleaned after each piercing but the wrong type of piercing gun is being used.
