Really disappointing experience at the Cherry Creek Lovisa. My daughter was paying for her own ear piercing with Apple Pay and chose earrings we were told were $50 plus tax. She was charged around $80 instead. When I asked why, the employee couldn’t explain the total or provide a receipt because they were out of paper. We later learned they had rung up the wrong earrings and had to issue a refund. Very poor customer service at this location. My daughter went in for an ear piercing and was quoted $50 for the earrings she selected, but was charged about $80. The employees initially couldn’t explain the difference, and because they were out of receipt paper, they also couldn’t give us documentation of the charge. It turned out they had accidentally rung up a more expensive pair and needed to refund the transaction. The staff loudly talked behind the counter accusing me of shoplifting, asking each other if they should intervene. I took my $12 of items to checkout where after I paid they said something was wrong with the register and they couldn’t give me the receipt. I should have called security on them instead

Reese was incredibly helpful and kind. I asked her to show me how to mix and match rings because I’ve never been good at it and she gave me great suggestions. It was only her third day and she was working completely by herself! I saw her handle several customer interactions with the utmost professionalism. As a previous hiring manager myself, I hope the owners know they have found an excellent employee in her!

I had a great experience at Lovisa this afternoon. I was originally going to go to Claire’s but I decided to give this shop a try since it’s right across the hall. The girls in there are doing a great job managing the store. It was clean and organized, and the girls were kind, conversational, and professional. I ended up coming back a second time in the same day to buy more jewelry. I will definitely be back!
