One of the Worst experience of my life! Employee should be fired, she threw what I was buying across the counter like it was nothing! Go work at MCDONALDs if you don’t appreciate where you work.
Disgusting store and disgusting service. I went in with my family to get pierced and was not only told to go to another store that pierces but the employees were very unhelpful overall. One girl was even in pajama pants. No one here is professional and thankfully we got pierced somewhere in the mall for far cheaper and better service. DONT GO HERE. Just skip it and go to Claire's or Banter. The manager and black haired associate need to be fired.
