Disgusting store and disgusting service. I went in with my family to get pierced and was not only told to go to another store that pierces but the employees were very unhelpful overall. One girl was even in pajama pants. No one here is professional and thankfully we got pierced somewhere in the mall for far cheaper and better service. DONT GO HERE. Just skip it and go to Claire's or Banter. The manager and black haired associate need to be fired.

I should have read the recommendations before going to this place, a few days ago I bought some earrings and they infected my ear, this had never happened to me, very bad quality and the price is not very cheap let’s say, I will not complain since I see that they do not solve it.

I wouldn’t recommend shopping here. Here’s why: 1) The store uses sketchy sales tactics. Advertise big discounts, but only apply them to items with tiny red stickers, which isn’t communicated until after or during your purchase. 2) My return experience was a nightmare. I didn’t get a receipt for my $40 purchase (or was i offered one), - which sucks when i realized the jewelry didn’t fit the charm I had and I had to return it.
