I love their earrings! Be sure to grab some sale items!
The entire store only sells earrings, but there was no signage or notice indicating that earrings are final sale and cannot be returned in the store or at checkout. I only discovered the policy after getting home and reading the receipt. The earrings are still brand new and unopened in their original packaging, but the store would not accept a return for hygiene purpose. Since I have no use for them, I'll likely donate them to Goodwill. Clear disclosure of the policy before purchase would have been appreciated.
I unfortunately have bought many earrings as well as nose piercings from this location as each time I think the products will work out better than the last but they don't, as someone who has many ear piercings I exclusively get flat backs and each time I have gotten a product as Lovisas Im reminded of how low quality the product is, each time the screw just doesn't tighten well (literally its intended function) even using a tool so either i am unable to use the earrings out of fear of them falling out or they do fall out. Overpriced, bought a set of flat backs for my piercings cheap quality. I put one of the flat backs on in November and it’s now February, I’ve been struggling to get this flat back off for a month now. Save yourself the time and the pain and do not shop here
The cashier was so rude and passive aggressive. Why do they hate their job so much!
