Stopped by the store while in Danbury. I saw a pair of earrings that were on sale labeled with a big red sticker $5.00. I went to purchase and they rang up full price. The cashier told me someone must’ve mismarked them and they were full price. Mind you, there are were about 4 pair of the same earring marked at 5.00 dollars as well. While some of the jewelry styles are pretty, prices are high for what you’re buying. $20+ for brass jewelry sets is insane—think Amazon jewelry at marked up price points. Skip Lovisa and try some other accessory options at Danbury Fair instead.
I had a great experience here, I got a nose piercing and it came out pretty good so i encourage others to go here. Also the staff were nice they showed nothing but respect to me.

My son and I went into the store yesterday to buy him a birthday gift. It was approximately 6:50-6:55 PM on a Thursday night. The mall is open until 8 PM. The second we entered, the woman didn't even look up from her station and flatly said, “Just so you know I am closing in two minutes.” Not "Can I help you with anything?", not "Hello how are you today?". Nothing. We were planning on making a purchase, but sadly will never return to the store. Needless to say, we saw ourselves out.
