I had a very disappointing experience at this store, especially with the customer service I received from the store manager, IRENE in regarding a refund because I was not informed about the deals or promotions at the time of my purchase. I understand that stores have policies regarding refunds and promotions, but I expected the manager to explain the situation respectfully and professionally. Marcia was wonderful. She has got me and my family ears pierced before she was closing. So patient and interactive with costumers. You can tell she cares!! She definitely handles the store policy well. I will be recommending to others.

2 years ago I got my ears pierced at this place for the very first time unfortunately I ended up with a really bad infection in both piercings I have been told by my doctor it's best not to get your ears pierced at the mall to go to a professional piercer
