The two ladies working acted like we were interrupting their conversations and mirror selfies.. wouldn’t answer our basic questions. I left my bag of items I was going to purchase and left.

I went into the store at 8:55pm to buy some earrings. When I walked in the store manager (older black woman with short hair) was so rude to me. The greeting i got upon entering was "were closed, this is our last customer of the night, the registers closed." While she was ringing someone. IF YOU ARE RINGING SOMEONE YOUR REGISTER ISNT CLOSED. THE MALL CLOSES AT 9. NOT 8:55.... THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. She then proceeded to tell me she doesn't have a regional manager when I asked for her managers information.
