I went into Lovisa 9/6/25 and was greeted by the most amazing associate! Me and a friend looked around while trying to find new things to get my sparkle back after having my son a year ago. The associate was the sweetest and funniest girl! She interacted with us both and made the experience 100x better!! Idk who this god send was but please give her the props she deserves! She had box braids and a super cute long white skirt on! She was the SWEETEST!!!

Not usually one to write bad reviews but it’s a shame they have such miserable working associates when the jewelry is so cute! Only been there 2 times and both times the associates working were extremely rude. No greeting when you first walk in & then act annoyed when you ask questions or are ready to check out. Today the girl working was on the phone the entire time I was there.

I came into Lovisa the other day looking for a replacement ring I had purchased there previously. I was then greeted by Gracie, who was very helpful, personal, and mindful. She assessed my situation and looked for the ring with me. After we couldn't find it, she apologized for how upsetting it must be to lose your favorite ring and suggested the company's website. I went to this store the other day and I was in shock to see that the cash register is below waist line. That's one way to hurt your back, how insensitive. I'd hate to be a cashier there:( I also feel new employees are thrown in without the proper training and are left alone to fend for themselves. Please take your time to train your employees. Went several times and nobody working can do the piercing. In January I drove in again nobody can do it. The phone not working the girl said she would put a work order in, and She did. I call nobody answers . So I drove back yesterday nobody can pierce. Mind I call all the time. 2 people working nobody picking up the phone. I give up.
