If it wasn’t for Subrena this would’ve been a 1 star review. Store is a mess and most staff have poor customer service skills, most people don’t have a clue what they were doing and not helpful at all. I had to repeat myself 6 or 7 times to one of the staff members that I’m not interested in piercings it’s haram!!! Eventually was seen to by Subrena who did a great job in recommending gift ideas.
Ally was very helpful and kind. She assisted me when I was struggling to put the earrings on, which I really appreciated. I also enjoyed chatting with he. She made the whole experience pleasant and comfortable. Thank you Ally!
