I had my double helix pierced here couple a days ago by a wonderful employee maisha- even though it was busy she took the time to explain the procedure, perfectly placed the helix and assured me of my worries. It’s healing well so far!! Thankyou maisha for a great experience!!

Do not get your ears pierced on a busy day. Piercer will start rushing and just do them whether or not you are satisfied with it. No patience from the workers to give quality customer service. Went to get my second lobes pierced, but when I was not happy with the placement of them, I asked the woman to move it before they pierce it. However, after one or two changes, the woman started rushing and just pierced my ears without even letting me know.
