I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I brought my 2-year-old daughter in to get her ears pierced, and while we were there my son, who is autistic, picked up one of the earrings and had it near his nose/mouth. I completely understand that the earring needed to be disinfected, but the way one of the employees handled it was very rude and made the situation much bigger than it needed to be. I made a somewhat spontaneous decision to get a helix piercing at Lovisa last week. Also, I didn't know what a helix piercing was until last week. :) The staff was so helpful, informative and kind. The piercing looks SO GOOOOOOOD! Thank you, Thaninea for being sweet and thorough. If anyone is thinking about doing it - Go to Lovisa. It doesn't hurt and the staff are lovely.
Bought 2 pairs of earrings specifically claiming to work best for sensitive ears which were not cheap at all.. then after only wearing for 1 full day, my ears started to itch and got extremely warm and tender to touch. At the store upon check out they specify that there are no refunds on earrings but after further reviewing their policy and confirming with customer care, we are entitled to a refund for faulty items. Quick and amazing service! If you’re looking to get a piercing, ask for Temerald!! She is so patient and helpful with choosing the perfect placement. I thought it would hurt but it did not AT ALLL. I will be coming back soon, thank you once again!
Great store helpful staff BUT manager Tonia is horrible very argumentative and rude! Huge signs everywhere up over eye sight claiming up to 60% off and in the smallest text says on select styles. This was in Vaughn mills which is an outlet mall so assuming most things are on sale is a reasonable assumption. When I went to cash out turns out all 4 items I had was not on sale even though I found them directly under the sale sign.
