I wish I could give 0 stars .I recently spent $61.89 at Lovisa (Town East Mall) for jewelry for an upcoming trip, only to find out the next day that I couldn’t exchange the earrings because they’re “final sale” for hygiene reasons.Why wasn’t there at least a sign stating this !! I understand hygiene concerns, but this policy feels unfair when customers aren’t given a real chance to try items on before purchasing.
