This company scams it's customers. Terrible customer service from associates at Towneast Mall, Mesquite, TX. They sell incomplete packages of merchandise to customers at full price. Horrible customer service from manager cannot handle escalations to help customers can only recite policy. This is an Australian based company so maybe their voew of customer service isn't the same as the US even more reason to support MADE IN AMERICA!! I wish I could give 0 stars .I recently spent $61.89 at Lovisa (Town East Mall) for jewelry for an upcoming trip, only to find out the next day that I couldn’t exchange the earrings because they’re “final sale” for hygiene reasons.Why wasn’t there at least a sign stating this !! I understand hygiene concerns, but this policy feels unfair when customers aren’t given a real chance to try items on before purchasing.
