Would not shop here. Things can't be returned even if not worn and is intact in original packaging. I bought a necklace set yesterday, came home to match it with my outfit for a wedding, brought it back to the store the next day and was refused a refund by a staff that was rude, she said "no refund is LITERALLY at the bottom of the receipt". Receipt was emailed and in my spam. Cheapest looking jewelery, desperation got the best of me with this one.
You should never shop here. You are not allowed to return items even if they are defective. When asked to speak to a manager the associate calls her and gives you the phone to talk to her. The manager called me sweetie and was extremely rude. The return policy is not posted anywhere in the store. They don’t want you to know that you can’t make returns. Good experience with the piercer, but my piercing fell out 5 days after I got it done and they wouldn’t refund me or re pierce me. I would not go back for a piercing since they told me I would have the pay the entire 60$ again and get it pierced again
Great customer service, fun items. Loved the store
The two workers gave the store a very weird vibe. One worker was robotic and the other clearly didn’t want to be there. The lazy worker kept going around every 2 minutes silently holding out shopping baskets for customers to take, even though she already gave them one. When I went to pay for my jewelry in cash the worker let out a huge sigh, I really should’ve just saved my money and walked out.
