I wish I could give them zero stars. I got a piercing here, and the earring wasn't long enough, so my ear started to swallow the earring. So my ear got infected, and when I went to complain and get a refund, they told me they couldn't do anything about it. Please stay away from this company and location.
I unfortunately had a horrible experience. Would not shop there again. I picked out a singular cartilage earring that was under a big red sign that said clearance $3. I wasn’t paying attention when I checked out and didn’t realize I was actually charged full price. When I walked back in 5 minutes later to return it (because I was not paying $21 for one earring) the girl wouldn’t let me return it even though I had just bought it 5 minutes ago with her and it was very obviously not opened. Would not shop here. Things can't be returned even if not worn and is intact in original packaging. I bought a necklace set yesterday, came home to match it with my outfit for a wedding, brought it back to the store the next day and was refused a refund by a staff that was rude, she said "no refund is LITERALLY at the bottom of the receipt". Receipt was emailed and in my spam. Cheapest looking jewelery, desperation got the best of me with this one.
You should never shop here. You are not allowed to return items even if they are defective. When asked to speak to a manager the associate calls her and gives you the phone to talk to her. The manager called me sweetie and was extremely rude. The return policy is not posted anywhere in the store. They don’t want you to know that you can’t make returns. Good experience with the piercer, but my piercing fell out 5 days after I got it done and they wouldn’t refund me or re pierce me. I would not go back for a piercing since they told me I would have the pay the entire 60$ again and get it pierced again
