This store completely scammed us. I should have believed all the reviews here. I just bought a ring on Sunday, October 18, 2026, at exactly 3:00 PM. I bought it because the female sales associate said the ring I was purchasing was part of their waterproof stainless steel collection. However, after doing a little research on YouTube, I found out that Lovisa waterproof rings must have the word "waterproof" printed on the label, but mine says "premium" which means it isn't waterproof and can tarnish. I was just at the Schaumburg store and every single employee that I interacted with was so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and happy. Louis was amazing as well as the two other female employees. I walked in not expecting to find what I wanted because I had just left another piercing booth at the mall that had nothing that they posted online. Very disappointing experience. The male employee wearing glasses was rude, arrogant, and unwelcoming. I waited at the counter while he watched from a distance, and his attitude was disrespectful. I felt uncomfortable and poorly treated. I later discussed my experience with friends who had similar experiences with him. The girls working there were very nice and polite.
Middle of a Saturday and only ONE employee working the store. Multiple people waiting on her to check out or get ears pierced.
