Very good serviceee, Louis did a very good job. Very patient and explained well.
I had a 10/10 experience with Luis he was so sweet. I got my double piercing, he gave me the confidence and made me laugh. He talked me through the piercing process and was just so nice. I definitely recommend him for help if you come to Lovisa!!

Be careful with purchases made on this store. At the Woodfield mall location, I had been told to stay away from it, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and left very disappointed and angry. I purchased a few pieces of jewelry and on a separate sale rack there was a few hair clips with a sign 60% off. When I went to checkout and noticed that the hair clip was charged full priced and questioned the sales price, I was told that it was not part of the sale, that the sale was for the items on the other side of the rack when it... read more
I love their bracelets but it won’t last long it brakes apart for about after 1 week when you get them I wouldn’t get the expensive one because it’s a waste of money unless u know how to take care of them properly 💔 this was my 3rd bracelet that has been happened I don’t think I would keep buying & let it brake & keep wasting money I prefer pandora or Kendra Scott.
