Every time I visit this store, the staff is consistently rude and dismissive. They pretend to be polite but speak in a sarcastic manner, which makes the experience unpleasant. Customer service here has never improved. When I politely ask for a printed receipt, the employees become aggressive and insist that it will only be emailed. However, despite entering my correct email every single time, I never receive it. I had a terrible experience at the Lovisa store in Woodfield Mall with an employee named Lewis. He was rude, spoke to me in a very disrespectful way, and tried to pressure me to pay without even waiting for me to confirm the jewelry. On top of that, I witnessed him refuse to assist a customer before me simply because they couldn’t speak English—he directly told them he could not provide service. We went to get my son’s earrings pierced. The girl working there on Friday she made us feel so warm and welcomed. My son was super nervous. But she was so kind to us that we weren’t nervous anymore. Thank you
