I love their bracelets but it won’t last long it brakes apart for about after 1 week when you get them I wouldn’t get the expensive one because it’s a waste of money unless u know how to take care of them properly 💔 this was my 3rd bracelet that has been happened I don’t think I would keep buying & let it brake & keep wasting money I prefer pandora or Kendra Scott.
The manager guy is so rude and disrespectful and very second it seems like theyre annoyed
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. While I am often greeted politely by other staff members, my interactions with the male manager with dark hair have consistently been negative and unprofessional. Super rude worker, went in to buy some earrings with my husband and baby. my husband sat on a chair that was in the corner and the gentlemen who works there asked him in a sarcastic manner if he was getting his ears pierced. When my husband said no he rudely told him that for only people who are getting pierced, there was no signage stating that and it there was more then one chair. I had bought piercings, and my husband did one side, and they promised us whenever he wants to do another side we can welcome anytime.
