During the purchase of ear ring they do not mention that is non returnable item.When I decided to return after 10 min of purchase they mentioned it’s non returnable.The manger was rude when I told him that you should have told me during billing that it’s non returnable , he said it’s mentioned in your bill and it’s not my job.I informed him that I have not yet received the bill ,he said then wait for it.He was rude enough to tell me to tell the company and not to him about this policy .He even mentioned you can put it in soc... read more

My daughter wanted her cartilage pierced, so I took her here today. The piercing was free, and you only paid for the earrings. We ended up buying a set so I got my ears pierced too. The manager Louis was very kind and explained pre and post-piercing steps clearly. I loved that he didn't rush us and gave us a variety of piercing options. He was also fast we were in and out in about 15mins!

Very uncomfortable experience. There were no signs posted about a policy that earrings cannot be tried on or must be purchased for hygiene reasons. An employee addressed me publicly and in a rude tone, telling me I had to buy the earrings after trying them on. I understand hygiene policies, but customers should be clearly informed in advance and spoken to respectfully. I felt embarrassed and pressured into a purchase. This is not acceptable customer service.
