We went to get my son’s earrings pierced. The girl working there on Friday she made us feel so warm and welcomed. My son was super nervous. But she was so kind to us that we weren’t nervous anymore. Thank you
The best part of the store is specially for the Muslim community they can easily go there and get pierced without taking their hijab off they have a separate back room so muslins can be comfortable they have one worker name Sidra she's way too nice an her piercings are the best also she's Muslim too so she prated Bismillah and then pierced which was the amazing part and the manager Luis he was the best person by nature so nice and humble with us would definitely recommend all my Muslim community to go there easily the enviro... read more
The other day, I went to get my ears pierced with my little cousin, and the experience was excellent. Both workers in the store were very accommodating. I requested for a female to pierce my ears, as I do wear Hijab, and Louis, one of the employees, was very understanding. He set everything up in a private back room and ensured a female employee, Sidrah, was there to assist us. Sidrah explained every step of the process, which made us feel comfortable and at ease. I try to avoid this store in the mall, absolutely the most rudest, unprofessional, untrained staff in the whole mall every single time I go here. I asked the girl to confirm my email address 5 times today and she just starts telling me all this stuff that has nothing to do with my email but how I’m wrong that she got my email already (not true) and how she got my email the first try without me even looking at it to confirm it. still never received my receipt though “shockingly”.
