I went to browse and ended up asking the associate that was working, her name was Carmen, if she could help me put jewelry in my piercings that were tough to get on my own and she so nicely helped me, it was hard and took a while and she was extremely patient and nice to me and looked for alternative solutions when we couldn’t figure out how to put one of the piercings in. I highly recommend this location and specifically Carmen! 10/10 customer service, I will be back!

I work at the outlets myself so I don’t ever write reviews, but I went in today around 5 and spent 75 dollars. The girl cashing me out didn’t say a word to me or smile the entire time, despite me smiling saying hello and thanking her throughout the interaction. I found it kind of off putting and was confused why she was so blatantly ignoring me. Love the jewelry though!

(I think she said her name was Miriam) but she was so sweet, helpful and so kind while I was getting my helix piercing done. I was so indecisive and anxious, and after I decided to take the plunge and get the piercing done, she was so patient with me throughout the whole process, especially on deciding where exactly I wanted it pierced. If I’m not mistaken she was the only one on the floor as well. Give this girl a raise! 🙌
