The lady upfront was very nice, that’s the only reason this isn’t a 1 start review. I don’t like the quality of the jewelry , and felt misinformed when speaking to the person working. I got a screw on flat back set, and it will NOT stay for the life of me. I asked if it was a thread less and was told it was, just to purchase something I cannot return. March 23rd, my family had the pleasure of shopping at Lovisa for my sister’s birthday. We all decided to get piercings and Sarah was the rockstar that did them for us. She was running the whole shop by herself as she was the only one there that morning and it took almost 2 hours for us to get pierced but we stayed because she was lovely. She was thorough and very clean, and just awesome. She made my sister’s birthday the best!!!!! Thank you Sarah!!!!!
