I was buying 5 for 12 earring sale and as I was going up to pay the workers were arguing about who had to ring me up. Then I asked the girl are these earrings 5 for 12 she said yes. She rang me up and the price was a lot more than I expected. I asked again if it was 5 for 12 and she said yes again. Terrible with returns and did not follow up on return issues so I did not get all my money back.
I got my ears pierced by Rebecca and it was quick and easy and relatively painless. She was very nice and overall I had a great experience. They do use a hand pressurized piercing gun. 🤷 But whatever. For an ear piercing it's not that bad. Very affordable.
Absolute horrible customer service! I went into the store to purchase some jewelry and get a piercing done. While my piercer, who introduced herself as Celi, was incredible and made me comfortable throughout the piercing, the manager Natalie was horrendous! I went to the checkout and she was on the phone with who I assumed was her friend with the way they were talking . They pay bi-weekly, a person only gets 10 to 8 hours a week. This companies will hire people for a month and then fire the employee trying to get away with not paying associates because new hires can't see their time card. They should be paying weekly with the hours that are given. This Company Is Unprofessional. No matter the title of your job it’s not taken seriously, a keyholder and a stylist has the same responsibility as a keyholder and but the stylist gets less pay. Each store is only given 80-84 hours.
