terrible customer service
Amber was fantastic and helped me pick out the best stack!! Love this store :)
I’m not writing this review to blame the staff, but I’m very disappointed with the store policy. Yesterday I bought three pairs of earrings for $25. When I got home, I realized that one pair was defective. The issue wasn’t that I didn’t like the style, but the earring itself was damaged. I went back to the store and explained the situation. However, I was told that according to their system, if I wanted to exchange the same pair, I would have to pay an additional $10.
