I purchased a bracelet from the store. It was a very simple birthstone bracelet marketed to be waterproof. I wore it in the shower the night after I got it and when I got out of the shower, the bracelet snapped in half.
Took my daughter yesterday for her 2nd ear piercing. When we checked out I was a little sticker shocked as she got her 1st piercing done here and it was $35. I was charged $70 and was told receipts are only emailed. I provided my email address and still have no receipt. I'd love an explanation as to why the cost is more than the price of the website as well

Unsafe and Unprofessional Piercing Practices I got my cartilage pierced at Lovisa a couple of weeks ago, and it has been an awful experience. They used a piercing gun on my cartilage — something I’ve since learned is not even legal in Ohio because it’s unsafe. If I had known that, I never would have consented to it. Not only did the earring become embedded in my ear, causing pain and swelling, but when I went back to the store, the staff blamed me for what happened.
