I will start this out with something good, the ladies who were there and pierced my nose were very kind and patient with me even though I was extremely nervous. Shopped in company number 6408658 today, 7/17/25, I really tried to give Lovisa a fair shot, but after multiple bad experiences, I’m officially done. Let’s start with the quality: The jewelry looks cute on the shelf, but don’t be fooled. I bought a set of earrings and a necklace that started tarnishing after just one wear. The earrings turned green and left my ears red and itchy, despite being labeled “hypoallergenic.” Either their labeling is misleading or the materials are bottom-tier. Customer service? Even worse. The service I received with Sherri and Ronnie was amazing. The vibe felt comforting, warm and welcoming. They played around and danced around with my kids while I shopped and kept them in line. I watched as the joked with each other and the other customers. I love it here, they feel like family. Lovisa, you got it right with these two ladies.

First time visiting last week by accident Was searching around in a couple stores for earrings I passed by the last store I was going in to and ended up at this store. Nice customer service and so far no problem with the earrings 👌 I purchased the 3 pair for 24 or 25
