Let me start with the negative because that is all I have to say. I went with my sister and there was a sale on earrings and rings, it was 5 of each for $12. My sister was looking for earrings while I looked for rings, and there were many times I went to go ask the associate questions to ensure that we were choosing from the correct products. closed with gate down 2:30 pm on a wednesday. drove across town to get my ears pierced and disappointed
Went in with my granddaughter she chose some jewelry. One piece was 18.00 and the other said 5$ on a red sticker above the peg she chose from. First she was only offered a email receipt, then not given a paper one when she didn't have a email address. Then after like 5 minutes we realized they charged her too much. Like 32.00$ so we went back and got told they could not do anything about her being charged too much.
Horrible store. Price was listed above $5 but charged my 13 year old $17. Wouldn’t give her a receipt without a email. I explained it and was told “sorry I can’t do anything and no refunds on earrings” even though it JUST happened. I am local and shop the mall often but We will never be back.
