Completely messed up and ruined my earlobe piercing. Despite marking the spot and specifically saying I did not want it too low, they pierced it so low near the edge that every earring now droops. Horrible experience

I got my ears pierced on my helix by Malissa and she did the best job ever. She cares so much about doing a good job. And the earrings have such good deals. Best place ever. So much better than Claire’s and Rowan. Again, their prices are so affordable.

HORRIBLE STORE. Scammers. I bought a $32 jewelers set and one of the items was earrings. Less then 24 hours after my purchase I tried to return the set and they wouldn’t because there was a pair of earrings in the set. Apparently they don’t take back earrings which was not on their receipt. It was on a small piece of paper at the check out facing away from customers. I bought earring cuffs from Lovisa yesterday afternoon, and within an hour of wearing them, my ears became red, swollen, and itchy. I returned to the store this morning (less than 24 hours later) to ask for a refund or exchange, but the employee was extremely rude and dismissive. She refused to even look at my ears and just kept saying, “No returns” without offering any apology or help.
