The best pursues
My 16 year old purchased jewelry and less than 15 minutes later, she decided she didn’t actually want it. However because there were earrings, they wouldn’t accept it. I get it that for hygiene purposes they shouldn’t allow the return but it was less than 15 minutes. I think good customer service would be to accept the return. Not worth the hassle; needless to say we won’t be back here!
I had a terrible experience at Lovisa and I do NOT recommend getting piercings done here. The staff member clearly told me that nothing would go wrong and that everything would be fine, which is the only reason I agreed to get multiple piercings. Now my ear is swollen, red, and extremely painful, especially the upper piercing which keeps getting hit by even the smallest things like clothing or hair. I got my ears pierced there yesterday and it was really clean and Maryann pierced it and she was very friendly and it was really quick and affordable
