I went in for my second piercing and I had the BEST experience. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest worker Nova! She walked me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable. She was patient, kind, friendly, and understanding when I asked to change the placement. Overall, I left extremely happy and I’m so excited to go back.
We took our daughter to get her ears pierced yesterday, and I’m beyond disappointed! It was obvious the specialist was inexperienced. One of the piercings is visibly way too close to the previous one. They took forever measuring and acting nervous, only to mess it up in the end! I’m absolutely fuming. We even paid full price for this! If you don’t know how to pierce ears properly, don’t do it at all!
Omg I used to go to that store all the time and the ladies were always sweet. Unfortunately today, I went in to get help with my jewelry and the meanest girl i believe her name was Abby. She was not friendly at all and didn’t even care 😳 Afterwards another girl named Miranda came and helped me and my kids and husband. I don’t know if Abby is a manager or not but her attitude will make customers not want to come back. She was very very rude
