We had a wonderful experience at Lovisa today! I wanted to take my 3 yr old daughter somewhere I felt comfortable and Abby and Leila did just that. Abby explained everything and I was happy to know that for kids under 5 they have two people pierce at once so it’s only “one” poke. I noticed the whole process was very sanitary and quick. Definitely recommend!

Both my girlfriend and I went to enjoy this stores experience at the Mall Of Georgia! We were assisted by a really nice lady who goes by the name of “ Samira “ ! Super nice to environment, clean store and great displays! Love the store !

I took my 5 year old daughter to get her ears pierced here. As a mother I was really nervous. However, Abby made us feel comfortable. She explained everything from start to finish. My daughter felt very comfortable with her. The placement was perfect of the earring is perfect . My daughter can’t stop raving about her earrings. Please ask for Abby when you go. She will make your experience wonderful. She was so patient and answer all of my questions. I am one happy customer . Thank you so much Abby.

My daughter got her 2nd and 3rd piercings done here and the experience was fantastic. I can't say enough great things about Abby. She made the whole process simple and fun. We will only go go to her for any future piercings.
