We visited this shop recently to shop for my daughter, but unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. The staff member who assisted us was not friendly and seemed to have an attitude throughout the interaction. Shopping should feel welcoming, especially when it involves kids, but that was not the case here. I hope the store can work on improving their customer service so that future customers feel more valued and respected.

I bought earrings and a belly ring from this place. It was expensive and the stud from my earring fell off the first few days wearing it. The bead from my belly ring fell off, so I took out my belly ring and it all fell apart. Everything looks cute at this store, but it is very low quality based off my experience.

This review is specifically to highlight Abby and her exemplary customer service & amazing personality. She was so very friendly, and knowledgable. She answered all my questions and imo went above and beyond for me. She made me feel like we were old friends. I got two piercings in each ear and will definitely be back for more. Thank you so much Abby!

I had the pleasure of getting my nose pierced by the manager . She was very professional and I had a good time . 10 /10 would get pierced again.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Waited in line for over 10 minutes just to pay $20 for cheap costume jewelry. I mean it literally feels like plastic. Could’ve gotten the same quality earrings at the just $1 store down the way. They also REQUIRE you to put in your email. I asked twice “do I absolutely have to?” And she said yes both times. You can only return things if you haven’t opened them yet; a crappy return policy tells you the company knows how crappy their products are, and they do not care.
