They should NOT be doing nose piercings!!! And i should’ve done more research before allowing them to do it but i figured they had to have experience if they was piercing, the girl Serenity that pierced me daughters nose used a stuff that was WAY too small for her nose, so it swelled and the inside closed and my daughter didn’t know due to swelling until today the piercing pushed itself out and only thing they said is they can give half off to re-pierce it, we are NOT going back and know now to go to a tattoo shop
My daughter got her nose pierced and by the next day, her nose ring was protruding quite far out of her nose and then came out completely. I took my daughter back as they specifically said to come back if there was any problems. However the only thing they offered was a new piercing, which of course, I had to pay for AGAIN. The girl offered 20% off the price of the repeat piercing but kept quoting us a price higher then the original piercing cost. Wth?! Why do they say come back if they aren't going to actually help? Very helpful customer service from Jasmin recently. I picked out a really cute necklace at a good price. They do ear piercings here, and the layout definitely reminded me of a Claire's store. I would definitely return to this location for small, inexpensive, jewelry items and fashion accessories.
They are least bothered to make any sales...worse service !!
