I got two sets of ear piercings done today at Lovisa by the kind store manager, Alexis!😊 She did an amazing job at distancing the piercings correctly and piercing it effortlessly! I am satisfied with the experience and absolutely love the way it turned out!💖

went in today to get help with a nose piercing I’d had done three days ago. The girl working there was rude and didn't help me at all; the piercing had come out and the hole had closed up on the inside of my nose. I just wasted my money, and she refused to put anything in to keep it from falling out. I asked for help politely, but she was just rude.
Got my cartilage and second hole repierced here the other day and had a great experience! the girl who helped me was so friendly, made sure my piercings were even, and even gave me a discount! definitely will be coming back for future piercings
I am trying to get in touch with you , my nose ring came out this morning , i need to come back so you can please put it back , thanks How do i call you Couldn’t get in touch but just went back the same day and the girls put the nose ring back in right away without pain or any problems Thank you so much
