Got my baby’s ears pierced at Lovisa and I was impressed with how efficient the staff was. She made a stressful process bearable. I’d recommend them for sure.
I went into your store for the first time on Saturday, March 14, and was greeted with a smile by Jasmine. She was working both the piercings and ringing up sales! She was multitasking with great ease. She deserves a raise!
The spanish cashier was very selective to whom she would talk to and and offer help. Had to ask for help while she gave proper service to other demographics
