They deleted my other review but I recorded everything. I was in here earlier trying to choose some jewelry and I got followed around by a big girl with black straight hair and glasses. She went everywhere I went, at one point even pretended to look at earrings. That’s the type of people they employ here and I guess they condone it if my review was deleted so take that into consideration.
While they are respectful and have great service, there could be a bit of improvement. I came last month and got my second lobe done on my ears but I later realized that my right ear was good with no pain but my left ear was pierced at an angle in the back and it forces part of the earring back in my ear and I now have a large bump in the back because of it and it’s very painful. I think part of that is because I also need a longer earring.
Staff is not knowledgeable about their own products or policies. Items will break and/or turn color after minimal wear. Only purchase if you plan to throw it out after wearing
I went in for my first time ever to look for a necklace and Emily was super helpful, amazing customer service.
Jasmine did her big one on me and my bestie of 60 years. We felt wonderful and like teenagers all over again. Thanks for the laughs and wonderful distraction time in getting our piercings. We will tell others about Lovisa
