I went to lovisa to get my ears pierced and I got helped by Shannon. Special shoutout to her and her customer service, she explained everything really good, took care of me and had a lot of patience, definitely would be back because of her!
I was here today with my friend to get her ears pierced and Shannon the manager gave us a 10/10 experience. She is the manager for a reason because she knows what she was talking about and was super friendly and super knowledgeable. Highly recommend checking out the store!
Shannon is without a doubt the best representative and sales clerk at this location. She goes above and beyond to have customer satisfaction. Thank you Shannon!
