Really nice staff, especially Shannon.She went above and beyond helping me with my piercing.
The employee with glasses was pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, the other employee came across as condescending. She pointed out sale items as if I was only interested in the cheapest options and made dismissive comments while I browsed jewelry. Her attitude changed when a group of teenage boys came in, and she scolded us for looking at a section because she had “just cleaned” it. love them so so much, every time i go in there the staff are always so kind and helpful when choosing jewelry. highly recommend!! the manager shannon has helped me out too! and the jewelry never fails, beautiful selections every time.
The staff was amazing, there was this was young lady in the store and she was very pleasant, and knowledgeable!
I went to Lovisa today with my boyfriend and had a really uncomfortable experience. We were talking about which earrings to get when an employee (young lady with glasses and long black hair) came and stood directly in front of us, fiddling with the display, without saying excuse me or giving us any space. I had earrings in my hand, so it was obvious we were shopping. We weren’t doing anything suspicious so there was no reason for her to behave that way.
