The people working were super sweet and helpful, but I went to go return one pair of earrings there that I bought yesterday and was told they could only accept same day returns. That is a terrible return policy, I’ve never been somewhere that only accepts same day returns and have worked in retail many years. Might as well just not accept returns. Again, workers were very kind, but the return policy is ridiculous.

I came in on Sunday evening to inquire about a piercing for my daughter. The Woman at the register seemed not to have any knowledge about the piercings I had asked her about and suggested earrings that were too big for her so we went to Claire’s instead. It’s unfortunate because I had hoped to get the free piercings advertised.

Love all the sales got a lot of beautiful jewelry Saturday evening, beautiful displays, clean & very organized and easy too choose what we needed.
