Took my 8 and 5 year old here spur of the moment for their ear piercings and I can't express how wonderful the staff was. They answered all of my questions without seeming annoyed, they talked my girls through every step and gave them options on how they wanted the experience to go. They didn't rush at all, my 5 year old needed a little break between ears and they gave her as much time as she needed despite 2/3 more people behind us in line.
