Took my 8 and 5 year old here spur of the moment for their ear piercings and I can't express how wonderful the staff was. They answered all of my questions without seeming annoyed, they talked my girls through every step and gave them options on how they wanted the experience to go. They didn't rush at all, my 5 year old needed a little break between ears and they gave her as much time as she needed despite 2/3 more people behind us in line. I took my daughter to get her first cartilage piercing ( helix) and McKenzie and Zoey were so amazing. McKenzie did the piercing and explained every step along the way. She marked multiple spots on my daughter’s ears , talking through all the possibilities. Great experience . Highly recommend.💕
Awesome shopping experience! McKenzie had expert-level salesperson skills and was NOT pushy. She made herself available to answer our questions and concerns and was even observant of the styles we liked in order to suggest similar designs. Jewelry was very reasonably priced with tons of variety. We will definitely return another day!
