Took my daughter to get her ears pierced as a birthday gift. Morgan assisted us. She was very thorough and very professional, even with a store full of customers. She used iodine and alcohol pads while also explaining the aftercare routine to us. There is a very large selection of jewelry from rings, earrings, necklaces, etc. My daughter was happy with her piercings. We will be back.

Morgan did an amazing job opening my nose piercing! She was super professional, gentle, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The process was quick and smooth, and she explained everything clearly. I really appreciated her patience and care. Highly recommend Morgan for anyone looking for a skilled and friendly piercer!

I was directed to put my email in and I declined. I was told that per company policy I could only receive a receipt via email. Then she crumbled it up and trashed it, after I stated that I didn’t want a receipt if that was the case. However, I don’t believe that to be true as far as the company policy and that’s the last time I’ll purchase jewelry at Lovisa. Hesitant to wear the jewelry I purchased because that experience was very off-putting.

The store looks fancy but the jewelry is lacking. I bought the more expensive sets wanting something nice that would last and ended up looking like it was costume jewelry. Definitely make it look better in the lighting in store. Can’t return, so money down the drain. Will not be a returning customer.
