Frustrating experience with the management. Store workers and online customer service was great, but the manager was rude. Was sold a broken pair of earrings and went back to ask for a refund or store credit, but the manager did not seem to care to listen to my situation at all and kept saying there's nothing she can do because they are earrings. Didn't hear me out or offer any alternatives. However when I called customer service later, they were able to offer me store credit within minutes. Don't know why she was so unhelpf... read more

I’m a regular here. They have a very nice selection of earrings and jewelry but the woman who was there today was being extremely passive aggressive. She was talking to all the customers including myself like we are stupid, and trying to rush us out of the store. If this is the customer service I get after coming here for over a year I will not be returning!

So much jewelry to choose from and was greeted kindly from the beginning. The woman with glasses and a walker was super kind and informed us of the piercing deals before we began shopping. All the jewelry was cheap and the store was super clean!
