Daughter had her second piercing here. Wonderful associate did hers and was done in a professional manner. Her ears are healing well and it’s only been a week. Definitely recommend them.
I had a wonderful experience at this store! I went to buy some jewelry for my mom for her birthday and the employee that was on shift went above and beyond to help me pick out the perfect birthday gift she helped out pick a main piece and accessories that would go along with them and my mom LOVED the present, will be coming back!
Terrible experience at this Katy Mills store. I bought some items, and when I went back to return them, the manager wasn’t there. The girl at the register told me the manager was out in the mall and would be right back. I waited for 40 minutes, and when she finally returned, she walked straight to the back and told the cashier to tell me to come back another day because she couldn't help me.
