I went to Lovisa, worst experience ever. They need to change their management. Sophie, who was the store manager there, tried to force me to get a piercing, and the customer who wasn’t getting pierced didn’t matter to her. My daughter wanted a piercing, and when I asked what the best jewelry for my daughter’s ear was, she tried to sell me the most expensive and, in my view, worst option. Lovisa was such a cute stop for me. I went in just planning to look, and one of the employees showed me a few new pieces that had just come in. I ended up finding earrings that matched my style perfectly. The store was bright, organized, and easy to browse, and the customer service was really sweet without being pushy. It felt like a fun little find, so I’d definitely rate it 5 stars.
