I went to Lovisa, worst experience ever. They need to change their management. Sophie, who was the store manager there, tried to force me to get a piercing, and the customer who wasn’t getting pierced didn’t matter to her. Lovisa was such a cute stop for me. I went in just planning to look, and one of the employees showed me a few new pieces that had just come in. I ended up finding earrings that matched my style perfectly. The store was bright, organized, and easy to browse, and the customer service was really sweet without being pushy. It felt like a fun little find, so I’d definitely rate it 5 stars.

I got my ear pierced at Lovisa back in May, and it’s been an absolute nightmare ever since. My ear is swollen, painful, and covered in keloids and bumps full of blood and pus. I’ve been using the “advanced healing solution” they sold me like they told me to, and it does NOTHING. It’s honestly ridiculous that they charge for piercings and products that clearly don’t work. I followed every instruction and my ear just keeps getting worse. This place should not be doing piercings if they can’t do them safely. I’ll never go back ... read more
