Worst experience. Very rude. This company provides the receipt to the buying customers only when the customers enter their email addresses into its system even though the customers don’t want to provide their personal informations, the email addresses. The customers can’t get the receipt if the customers don’t give this company their email addresses because they don’t want to or they don’t have the email addresses. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The piercers are gentle and make the entire experience enjoyable and ease any anxiety you have! Definitely recommend.

Frustrating experience with the management. Store workers and online customer service was great, but the manager was rude. Was sold a broken pair of earrings and went back to ask for a refund or store credit, but the manager did not seem to care to listen to my situation at all and kept saying there's nothing she can do because they are earrings. Didn't hear me out or offer any alternatives. However when I called customer service later, they were able to offer me store credit within minutes. Don't know why she was so unhelpf... read more

I’m a regular here. They have a very nice selection of earrings and jewelry but the woman who was there today was being extremely passive aggressive. She was talking to all the customers including myself like we are stupid, and trying to rush us out of the store. If this is the customer service I get after coming here for over a year I will not be returning!
