I've been wanting my nose pierced for years, so I decided on 1/31/26 the day after my 60th birthday. I was just walking the mall and I came across this cute little shop,so why not. The young lady was pleasant and the piercing was not painful. My only complaint is the nose piercing is to short and for $50 i expected more. It has come out twice now and I have to sleep with a band aid on my nose to keep it from coming out. I will be returning for something more secure!

$30 belly ring broke after just 2 weeks. I went in the return it as the receipt clearly says that faulty jewelry can be returned. The cashier stated that this is not considered faulty. Then I said I’d call customer service and wouldn’t be coming back- she back tracked and said she’d talk to her manager and call me back. She took my number- no response. I contacted customer support and I got a full refund and a gift card.
