I have had multiple great experiences. The girls are so friendly and Katrin was extremely helpful in finding what I was looking for! Also cannot forget to mention the sales are awesome!
Best place to get Amazing jewelry at a stellar price. They even have waterproof pieces. They look designer without designer prices. I have purchased so many pieces for gifts and myself. I also got my ears pierced, they gave me free cleaning product as well. See Katrin, she will help you with ideas and is super nice. Thanks ladies
Amazing service from Kayton yesterday 03/13! I work in the store across from them and stop in pretty regularly, and everyone there is always incredibly kind and helpful. I decided to get my third holes pierced in both ears, and they turned out amazing. I couldn’t be happier with how they look! Will definitely be coming back for my fourth!! :)
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, MORE LIKE A SCAM The store worker was not helpful about what is at clearance. She was busy with her friends talking. She was in a hurry during the purchase and asked my email for receipt. I didn’t even get a receipt of my purchase on my email. When i asked she mentioned she brushed it off saying wait for 15 mins which never arrived and all the jewelry cannot be returned even though none was from clearance.
Small store, I only go in when there's little to no people. Definitely not jewelry you'd want to wear for long periods of time (will turn your skin green) but they're cute and worth it for short term wear. They're pretty cheap anyway. I don't really get bothered by the people working there. I get to take my time deciding what to get and check for imperfections before buying.
