WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, MORE LIKE A SCAM The store worker was not helpful about what is at clearance. She was busy with her friends talking. She was in a hurry during the purchase and asked my email for receipt. I didn’t even get a receipt of my purchase on my email. When i asked she mentioned she brushed it off saying wait for 15 mins which never arrived and all the jewelry cannot be returned even though none was from clearance.

Small store, I only go in when there's little to no people. Definitely not jewelry you'd want to wear for long periods of time (will turn your skin green) but they're cute and worth it for short term wear. They're pretty cheap anyway. I don't really get bothered by the people working there. I get to take my time deciding what to get and check for imperfections before buying.

On June 3, 2025, I took my wife to the Lovisa store inside Chandler Mall. We spent over $350 on jewelry. She was genuinely happy with the selection and excited to wear the pieces, until her skin started turning gray and green from multiple items. We went back to the store hoping for a refund or at least some kind of resolution, but were completely dismissed.
