Small store, I only go in when there's little to no people. Definitely not jewelry you'd want to wear for long periods of time (will turn your skin green) but they're cute and worth it for short term wear. They're pretty cheap anyway. I don't really get bothered by the people working there. I get to take my time deciding what to get and check for imperfections before buying.

On June 3, 2025, I took my wife to the Lovisa store inside Chandler Mall. We spent over $350 on jewelry. She was genuinely happy with the selection and excited to wear the pieces, until her skin started turning gray and green from multiple items. We went back to the store hoping for a refund or at least some kind of resolution, but were completely dismissed. I went here yesterday to get a pair of earrings! They were super cute and the staff was very nice, however when I put on the right earring, I guess the hoop clasp was defective and was stuck. After pulling for a couple hours, I had to cut the earrings with some pliers as my ears were irritating me! I guess just because careful with what you get!
