I got my earrings re-peirced here a month ago. The lady who helped really seemed to know what she was doing and was friendly along with the clerk. It was a saturday so they were quite busy but managed to fit me in after a 10 minute wait. My ears have healed nicely and they provided a very clear care kit.
JUNK! Spent $87 and I’m still trying to figure out the math because it doesn’t make sense. Two wks later the necklace has already broken and the earrings are tarnishing and the “ diamond” pieces are dull and have lost their luster. I cannot recommend this place to purchase anything. They simply sell cheap junk at inflated prices. For $87 I thought I was getting mid level at least . I went to the jewelry store to return earrings and a necklace within the allowed time, with the original packaging and tags. The staff refused the return, claiming earrings are final sale, but they could not provide any written return policy. Their website clearly states returns are allowed within 30 days, yet they said in-store and online policies are different, which was never explained at purchase. Came in with a return and who I assume is the manager asked why I was returning the purchase with so much rudeness and attitude that was very unnecessary. I understand that most store policies require employees to ask for the reason for the return, but the way that it was presented was very unprofessional and filled with judgement.
