I went to the jewelry store to return earrings and a necklace within the allowed time, with the original packaging and tags. The staff refused the return, claiming earrings are final sale, but they could not provide any written return policy. Came in with a return and who I assume is the manager asked why I was returning the purchase with so much rudeness and attitude that was very unnecessary. I understand that most store policies require employees to ask for the reason for the return, but the way that it was presented was very unprofessional and filled with judgement. LOVE THIS PLACE. Lots of beautiful jewelry and amazing customer service. The ladies there are super sweet and helpful. There's always sales going on and the prices are great.
The worst store I have ever been to, never go shopping there!!!! There are promotional prices 3 for 18 and when you go to pay, everything simply costs more. They are a fraud apart from not accepting returns even if you have purchased and want to return it 10 minutes later. They make up policies at the last minute that are not visible in the store so people can know if we agree to buy there.
