Don't work here, the most unprofessional atmosphere with hostile leadership. Unsanitary place to get your ears pierced manager can't even hold the piercing device straight or wear a glove properly. Everyone is new including the district and regional manager, beware.

this place is actually horrendous do not shop here. the employees are very clearly over worked. i’ve been a regular here since december. i come at least once a week and know the employees very well. they’ve always been so incredibly kind despite being obviously worked very hard. i’ve seen the young staff members deal with sour customers, piercings, and lines out the door all with only one staff member working at a time. not to mention the gate to the establishment itself is broken and only opens a quarter of the way. when i ... read more
