Jewelry is ok but the staffing was very poor, accused me and my boyfriend of stealing and told us to show our bags after we showed them our bags and told them we weren't stealing they still acted as if we stole and did not apologize. We were planning on buying a few items but completely changed our minds.
The did a terrible job with my nose ring. Never do there.
After 6 days of wearing my “waterproof non-tarnish” earrings in which I was directed by a sales clerk my gold earrings turned silver. When I came back to the store I wasn’t able to exchange or return them. They later told me that it was a different section in which I had to look at. I felt very misled and deceived. Will NOT be purchasing again. Very disappointed since I had high hopes and I placed an order of $100+.
I shop the store regularly ever since it opened. I have sensitive ears and the jewelry has never had a problem. I spend quite a bit of money in this store when I go in. I noticed that they have changed management. The quality of the product & service has gone way down. I won't be going back.
