We had an incredible experience here. They had a sale on ear piercings so I got my cartilage done and my daughter (2 1/2 years) got her ears pierced. I didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped us but she was so wonderful with my daughter. She helped make the experience quick and painless. While piercing my daughter’s ears she interacted with her, tried to distract her and calmed her down quickly after the first ear. By the end my daughter was smiling ear to ear excited about her pink earrings.
Mheria was phenomenal. Her energy is what drew my friend and I to the store. I got my ear pierced by her and it was seamless. Mheria was very kind and helpful overall. I would recommend stopping by this store and seeing her!
My sister and I got our lobe and helix piercings here on Friday. Although it was busy, Sidrah was so kind to give us her full attention. She was patient and well informed to answer all of the questions that we had. Sidrah made our customer experience amazing. When we get our next set I would definitely look for her. 10/10 experience with a 10/10 employee.
