Had my ears pierced. Had terrible pain in 1 ear and when I got home, I realized piercing had not gone all the way through and skin was pinched in the earring back. I called to see if they would fix it, but was told only if I paid for a whole new piercing. Very rude employee, would not recommend!!!!

Went to the store today and the lady didn’t once acknowledge us. She was very rude and was just hugging on her bf/ friend the entire time while we were patiently waiting to speak to her. My REAL diamond ring fell behind where the jewelry is hanging on the wall and she just stared at us when I told her. She didn’t try to help look or call anyone to help me get it back. Jewelry collection is very good, but the attitude of the lady employee is so bad. No smile. No welcoming environment. Acts like we can’t touch anything.
