I went in looking for a specific size of huggies/ small hoops 8mm , and found a couple but was unsure if they were the size i needed, i took of one of my earings off to see and compare if they were the same size, when this girl with light brown hair told me you cant be trying the earings on, i told her i was not trying them on. Went there yesterday (October 21) around 6-7 pm and the lady who was at the register is SUPER rude. She acts like she doesn’t like her job AT ALL and don’t even look to the people in the eyes. She is white and has a straight black hair. Rude with people walking around the store and even when we were at the register. If you have a chance, go to another location or jewelry store. Terrible customer service.

Was there 1/27 at 3pm and the too girls provide such bad customer service. They seem very lazy, not even a greeting or peep. That’s not the first time I walk in and see one of them, looks like nothing has changed.
