We went in today and my boyfriend left with two different earrings. The lady was nice. That is the only positive thing I could say. First thing that happened was she checked the drawer for the earring that he wanted, She pierced him with that earring and said oh there’s no more Of the earring that he picked. We were there 4 a short period of time, But i noticed it's a nice store with a big variety of nice & fairly price items however,IMHO customer service is NOT there,i would rate it common,to say the least.but is understandable,retail can be a rough business at times
Went up to the girl at the register to ask a few questions and she sounded annoyed. Mind you, there wer only a couple other shoppers and no one kn line. Left immediately. Horrible energy from girl at the counter
