This place doesnt even deserve one star, i have never had a single good experience here. They hire absolutely clueless and rude people and not to mention, liars. The manager herself lied to me and said she wasnt the manage around 1 or 2 ish years ago and was incredibly rude, so i stopped going. We went in today and my boyfriend left with two different earrings. The lady was nice. That is the only positive thing I could say. First thing that happened was she checked the drawer for the earring that he wanted, She pierced him with that earring and said oh there’s no more Of the earring that he picked. So he had to get a different earring. I asked her if she could just change the other side to the new earring she put in his ear and she said it might get an infection. We were there 4 a short period of time, But i noticed it's a nice store with a big variety of nice & fairly price items however,IMHO customer service is NOT there,i would rate it common,to say the least.but is understandable,retail can be a rough business at times
